  • Rebecca Mills

    MANAGING DIRECTOR

    Rebecca is an award-winning leader recognised for her expertise across sustainability, regenerative development, and impact reporting.

    She's known for her work driving change across sectors and has 25 years’ experience innovating outcomes for people, nature and climate.  

    With a MSc in biosphere science and impact measurement training at Saïd Business School, Rebecca is an Edmund Hillary Fellow and invited Board member of two of NZ’s National Science Challenges.

  • Lewis Foster

    MEASUREMENT

    With expertise in impact assessment, Lewis specialises in greenhouse gas measurement and verification, spanning across organizational performance and product lifecycle analysis.

    With previous roles including Lead Carbon Auditor at Toitū, he works alongside clients to both help them understand their carbon footprint and make practical reductions that align with climate science.

  • Ella Sheehy

    MEASUREMENT

    Ella holds a Masters in Sustainable Business and is a sustainability specialist with experience which includes previous roles in the textile industry and primary sector.

    Her skillset includes undertaking GHG measurements, GHG inventory management, building and implementing decarbonisation roadmaps, and creating impact strategies and management systems.

  • Tessa Chilala

    REPORTING

    Tessa has 20 years’ experience in the sustainability field backed by a BSc in Environmental Management.

    She is a natural communicator and has previously led sustainability and climate work for NZ Winegrowers and Auckland Zoo.

    Her experience spans across nature conservation, carbon management and sustainability strategy.

  • Xavier Black

    STRATEGY

    Xavier has consulted on social impact for over a decade. Her superpower is in simplifying the complex and identifying what will generate sustainable change.

    She specializes in complex system design, community, and whānau wellbeing. With a background in research, she brings a strong use of evidence and data to our work.

  • Morgan Dally

    CARBON AI/ML ADVISORY

    Morgan is a data scientist who’s passionate about harnessing remote sensing, AI and machine learning (ML) to offer new possibilities for measuring carbon with increased accuracy.

    A computer science grad with five years data science experience he’s highly skilled at integrating data sets to gain insights into complex problems.

  • Felicity Stevens

    STRATEGY

    Felicity has a depth of experience supporting clients with strategic positioning and communication. Her background with leading brand agency Alt Group involved working with very different organisations and industries.

    She enjoys developing and delivering successful strategies through a clear vision of each project, understanding customer needs, and defining the problem space.

  • Nina Ives

    CLIMATE ASSOCIATE

    Nina has a Masters in Climate Change Science and Policy and a BE (Hons) in Engineering Science.

    With over three years experience across public and private sector clients Nina supports The Lever Room across climate policy and action. Nina’s also working towards her PhD.

    TE AO MĀORI ADVISORY

    As strategic advisor to the Lever Room, Leonie believes true partnership between the best of the western world and the best of Te Ao Māori can help achieve prosperity.

    Holding leadership roles in both Iwi and Government her experience includes Kaupapa Māori health research and innovation; Indigenous enterprise and Impact Investment
